Module 1

What Are Emotions?

Here’s why learning from those who are on their own healing journey benefits you – because we have likely felt how you’ve felt, and found a way out of that feeling of confusion. In this module, we’re going to uncover what your emotions are, what they mean and learn to let them FLOW instead of having them trapped inside of you. Trapped emotions can manifest in all sorts of nasty ways, and we are going to help you to understand that heavy emotions do not need to be a bad thing. We’ll help you to understand that you are not your emotions and help you to disidentify from them, as well as going deeper into your situation and finally understanding why you feel the way you feel. Module 2

Emotional Awareness

We can often be trapped in our own minds and thoughts. It’s more common than you think, and what’s crucial to understand is that you can have freedom from your own mind and emotions. We’ve learnt how to do it, and now, so can you. Having the awareness of our thoughts and emotions is one of the biggest tools for feeling relief from them. Not only can we finally become aware of these negative thoughts and emotions, but we can also learn to feel better about ourselves. In this module, we’re going to help you regain awareness back into your mind and thoughts, helping you to become more present. As well as this, we’re going to help you to love yourself again and show you how that little voice inside your head can actually be your best friend instead of your worst enemy. We’ll discover what your triggers are and help you to become aware of them so that you can navigate your life with so much more ease and joy. Module 2 Highlights: - Conscious Vs. Unconscious thoughts and how to become aware of them - The present moment and practical tools and techniques on how to be more present in your life - How to be kind to yourself with self love and self compassion - Identifying your triggers, why these happen and how to deal with them once and for all. - Powerful guided meditations and techniques for emotional awareness.

Module 3

Emotional Healing

Now we’re getting into the juicy parts of the course, emotional healing. Once we’ve discovered what your emotions really are, and how to bring awareness into them, it’s time to finally HEAL from your situation. Emotional healing has been one of the biggest tools in our lives that have helped us to feel emotionally free, and bring back those feelings of love and joy. And now, it’s time for you to experience it. In this module, we’re going to uncover what a spiritual awakening is, and why they happen. As well as helping you to realize the unconditional and divine love that resides in each and every one of us. We’re going to go deep into healing your past, whether that’s healing from childhood trauma, inner child healing as well as trauma from the present day or not so distant past. This is where we can finally learn to heal these emotions that have been affecting us for so long, and come to terms with our trauma. Module 3 Highlights: - What is a spiritual awakening? - How our life situation makes us who we are - Uncover the unconditional and divine power that is within you (and accessible at any time) - Inner child healing - Acceptance of trauma and healing from it - Powerful inner child meditations, trauma healing meditations and tools to help you to heal trauma and the past.

Module 4

Emotional Release

Once we’ve worked through our emotions and our past and learnt to heal it so that we are no longer emotionally charged from it, we can learn to finally let it go. Letting go and releasing what we’ve gone through is an incredibly powerful thing to do because it means that we are no longer defined by our trauma, and we are no longer suffering from the memories and hurt that it once caused us. In module 4, we’ll be focusing on leaving the past behind and making peace with it, so that we can move forward with grace, honour and freedom. We’ll focus on what we’ve learnt from the past and how we can use this to turn it into our strength so that we are no longer ashamed of it or continuously judging ourselves for it. This is where we can really begin to feel a transformational shift in our emotions, our thinking and our perspective. We will also cover the power of forgiveness, and how forgiveness and bring yourself back to you again. Module 5

Belief System

Our belief system and subconscious programming navigates our world. It shows us why we think a certain way, why we feel a certain way towards situations, and why we may feel strongly about something. Most of our belief systems are given to us through social conditioning, family and friends and also what we’ve experienced in life. Therefore, our viewpoint of the world is not actually ours, but from others that have told us what’s important and what’s not. In this amazing module, we’re going to dig deep into where our beliefs stem from, and what subconscious patterns and beliefs we hold. Thereafter, we’re going to identify limiting beliefs, re-wire these limiting beliefs and install new, powerful and positive beliefs into our subsconscious mind so that we can actually begin to see our ourselves as the amazing people we really are. From here, we can gain an understanding of how our beliefs manifest as the world around us, and how we can navigate our feelings and perspectives into creating a life that you truly deserve.
