Life coaching has become a very popular industry over the past decade, with more new-age thought leaders and influencers offering these highly impactful services to clients. Life coaching differs from counselling in the sense that coaching is a “hands-on” approach to tackling situations and challenges. It comes with a plan of action that the client takes home every week to work on in their own time in order to improve their mental health and well-being. It is important to understand that every client is responsible for their own healing. Whilst the coach can give you numerous tools and techniques, it is ultimately up to the client to practice these regularly.
Spiritual life coaching differs slightly to regular coaching, where the coach gives specific techniques to help the client grow and heal through spiritual awareness and understanding. We are all a vibration, and healing can occur by using the power of the mind and spirit to its full potential. It is best to come with an understanding of what you’d like help with. The coach can then create a bespoke program for you to help you.
In a typical spiritual life coaching session with RiKho Living, the coach would firstly get an understanding of why you have come for a session and what you would like to get out of it. We recommend a minimum of 4-6 weeks for change to occur. It is a cumulative process, where every week we will be peeling off layers of your old self and installing new ideas and beliefs. The more comfortable and open you are in discussing your emotions and life situation, the better for you. Each session will include meditative techniques that you can also use at home.
Our thoughts and beliefs tend to stem from our past, childhood and upbringing. Our perceptions about ourselves also come from other people’s opinions about us. We often limit ourselves in ways that we are not aware of, and this hold us back in making decisions and taking the necessary steps in life. This is where we begin our sessions – looking at your belief system and recognising that this has actually come from someone else, not you. Once we have recognised this, we will then start to change these beliefs and re-programme your subconscious to accept new, productive beliefs.
Each client comes for life coaching for different reasons. Some have this feeling of being “stuck” in life and not sure what to do. Others have trauma from the past that needs healing. Certain clients need help in relationships, and others would like to work on their life purpose and manifestation. Whatever the reason is, know that a life coach can help you to achieve your goals and help you grow.
Below are three reasons to have a life coach. If any of these reasons appeal to you, why not reach out and have an initial consultation with us? Whether you are based in London, Harrow, Watford, Hertfordshire or anywhere around the world – remember, this can be done face to face or online, with the same effect.
1) You are with a coach who has knowledge and practice in spiritual techniques
Sagar has been working on himself and his spiritual practice for several years. As a certified psychic medium, Sagar would be able to pinpoint your issues and receive help from the spirit world in order to provide the best healing, tools and techniques for you to use. Each life coaching package comes with a complementary psychic reading. Using intuition, and communication from spirit, a life coaching session can be very powerful. As long as you are willing to do the work and meet him half way, after a few weeks, you would begin to see changes in your mindset, perception of life and build your confidence in taking the necessary steps to create lasting change.
2) You can speak in confidence about your emotions and challenges
So often, we do not speak about our feeling and issues because we feel the people around us won’t understand, or we may feel vulnerable with those closest to us. This is where a life coach can come in. Know that it is a comfortable, confidential space where you are free to let out your emotions and feelings. You have the freedom to discuss anything that you feel comfortable with and know that this stays between you and the coach only. Often, clients realise that they have been holding onto so much for so many years, and once they are able to speak about it out loud with someone, they feel so much lighter.
3) Each session is tailored specially for you
One-to-one coaching is an ideal way of creating change. After an initial consultation, Sagar will prepare for your sessions and create a plan of action for you take home and do in your own time. This can be combination of meditative techniques, books to read, videos to watch and specific daily routines to help with your healing. Life coaching is outcome driven, and each we week will see your progression and tailor your plan to ensure it is for your Highest good.
